Summary Sentence:

Upcoming deadlines approach for Tech study abroad programs.

Full Summary:

In 2009-2010, Georgia Tech reached a record 41 percent of undergraduate students gaining international experience before they graduate. Georgia Tech Study Abroad Programs span every continent and every academic discipline. Whether it is an exchange program, faculty-led program, or study/work abroad program, the Office of International Education offers Tech students a variety of ways to expand their horizons and develop intercultural competencies while earning their Georgia Tech degree. As an added bonus, students enrolled in a study abroad program can use their institutional financial aid for studying abroad, and most programs offer in-state tuition for all students (plus a $250 flat fee for non-resident students). In addition, there are some national scholarships available specifically for students who are studying abroad.
