This February is also the perfect time to show love for your student by giving them a gift certificate for a massage, personal training sessions, a G.I.T. FIT Drop-In Group Fitness Pass, or chance to push their fitness levels in our brand new R.I.P.P.E.D. Xtreme or F.I.T. Camp classes! Personal training sessions can help students reach new goals and increase health while motivating and educating them on various aspects of physical conditioning. Our Drop-In Group Fitness Pass gives patrons access to 15-20 non-credit classes that can jump start a healthy and customizable exercise routine. To get a really challenging workout, R.I.P.P.E.D. Xtreme and F.I.T. Camp are brand new classes that will test and maximize endurance, strength, and agility. As your Yellow Jacket enters the second month of classes, remember that a stress-free student is a healthy one, and with fun on every floor, the CRC has the right stress-relief for your student.
