There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. On January 20th, Dr. Catherine Ross, Director of the Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development, will join other experts at the "Creating the Environment for Growth" conference. The conference is hosted by the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute. The keynote speaker is Jared Bernstein, Center on Budget and Policy Priorities Senior Fellow. Dr. Ross will speak on the role of transportation investments to foster quality of life and economic development in the state of Georgia.
