There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Dr. Michael Goodisman, Associate Professor in the School of Biology, was named as the Subaru Professor of Excellence for the College of Sciences. Dr. Goodisman was recognized for his work aimed at understanding social biology through the study of social insects, such as ants, bees, wasps, termites, and even yellowjackets. Dr. Goodisman received the award in Bobby Dodd Stadium at halftime of the Georgia Tech-North Carolina State football game.
